Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gir Store website at girstore.in, our mobile experience, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). They form a legally binding agreement between you and Gir Store.
By creating an account, placing an order, or simply browsing our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Sale of Goods Act, 1930.
1. Use of our service
Gir Store provides an online platform for purchasing premium natural foods including Gir cow dairy products, fresh fruits, and coconut products. Our Service is available to individuals aged 18 years or older, or minors using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account
- You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited
- Commercial resale of products purchased through our platform requires prior written consent from Gir Store
2. Orders, pricing, and payments
All prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged.
- An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers
- EBUXX cashback tokens earned on purchases have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may only be redeemed against future purchases on girstore.in
- Subscription orders will be charged automatically at the selected interval (daily, weekly, or monthly) until cancelled
- Refunds for perishable goods are subject to our Delivery Policy; please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for quality concerns
3. User responsibilities
You agree not to misuse our Service. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or harmful
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases
- Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from our website without prior written consent
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service
- Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity
- Using our platform to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Indian law, including the IT Act, 2000 and its amendments
4. Intellectual property
All content on girstore.in — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, icons, audio clips, and software — is the property of Gir Store or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include:
- Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from our website without prior written permission
- Modifying or creating derivative works based on our content
- Using our trademarks, trade names, or logos without express written consent
- Framing or mirroring any part of our website on another website
5. Product information and availability
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, nutritional information, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free.
- Product availability is subject to change without notice; we will notify you promptly if an ordered item is out of stock
- Colours and appearances of products may vary slightly from images shown on the website
- Nutritional and allergen information is provided in good faith; customers with specific dietary requirements should verify with us before ordering
- Seasonal products may be discontinued or substituted based on availability from our farm partners
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gir Store and its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.
- We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions
- We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from our platform
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
7. Disclaimers
Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
- We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any health or nutritional claims about our products are informational only and do not constitute medical advice
8. Dispute resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be subject to the following:
- Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles
- Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India
- Consumer forum: Nothing in these Terms prevents you from approaching the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the public.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so
- You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]; pending orders will be fulfilled before closure
- EBUXX tokens in your wallet are forfeited upon account termination
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. We will notify you of material changes by posting a prominent notice on our website and, where appropriate, by email.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
